“At this year’s event, one of the standout innovations we showcased is the new addition to our MEGA product which can be used within any sportsbook or online casino. Our proprietary product is redefining gamification, increasing player engagement, and providing a best-in-class customized content-led gaming experience,” Georgijevski said.
“Our MEGA product is delivering real impact and incredible value to the operators and partners we work with around the world. Our gamification technology platform has led to a 4x increase in screen time,” he added.
“Another innovation we’re extremely proud of is our PAM (Player Account Management) system. It’s currently operating across 12 jurisdictions and is built to meet some of the toughest regulatory requirements in the world.

He underlined that, together, these technologies reflect our commitment to both innovation and operational excellence. “Overall, we have been able to quickly align with our partners’ expectations for on-time delivery, and our custom, flexible real-time data reports provide them with 24/7 updates on their overall performance.”
Soft2Bet approach to AI, gamification and player protection
“AI is fundamentally reshaping the gaming landscape, and we’ve embraced it across our platform architecture—especially when it comes to player protection,” he commented.
“Our PAM system uses an advanced algorithms to monitor player behavior in real time detecting and flagging signs of problematic behavior, risky play patterns, and potential fraud. This proactive approach allows us to intervene early and help keep users safe, supporting both compliance and trust with regulators and players alike.
“Gamification, on the other hand, serves a dual purpose: it enhances entertainment value while encouraging more sustainable play. Rather than incentivizing more deposits, our gamification strategy focuses on maximizing enjoyment and value. North America and Latam markets: Opportunity for growth
